Directions for Best Use

- Clean the surface and ensure that the surface is free from rust, dust, grease, moisture and any loose foreign particles.
- Surface defects should be ground, filled and treated appropriately.
- Prior to application of primer sand the surface with emery paper No. 180 and wipe clean.
- For Ferrous metal choose from Ranga Metal Primers.
- For Non-Metals choose from Ranga Surface Primers.
- Stir well and strain the primer.
- Mix appropriate quantity of Ranga Turpentine or Thinner to obtain required spraying or brushing viscosity.
- Apply primer and allow it to dry overnight.
- Prior to application of paint sand the primed surface with emery paper No.320 to achieve smooth surface and wipe clean.
- Stir well and strain the paint.
- Mix appropriate quantity of Ranga Turpentine or Thinner to obtain required spraying or brushing viscosity.
- Apply First Coat and allow it to dry overnight.
- Apply Second Coat if required.
- Ranga Hammer and Texture finishes – Apply only by spraying and second coat is not recommended.
- Surface Dry: 30 minutes
- Tack Free: 4-5 hours
- Hard Dry: Overnight/ 12 hours
- Stoving Schedule: 100°C for 20 minutes
- Coverage Capacity: 10-12 Square meters / Litre
- Application: Steel & Wooden Furnitures, Iron Castings, Electrical Equipments, Machineries, Fancy Articles etc.,
- Packing Available: 500ml, 1L, 4L & 20L
